Add to food processor and pulse until the texture of small crumbs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In another medium bowl combine brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Then add egg mixture to the food processor and pulse until slightly crumbly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Press about 2\/3 of the mixture into the pan to form a layer of crumb pastry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Spread the mango mixture evenly over the crumb base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sprinkle the mango with the rest of the crumb mixture so some mango shows through.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sprinkle with raw sugar and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Remove from oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Then lift baking paper and bring pastry out from the pan.
