Michael is well known for the edgy, stylish designs of some of Sydney&#8217;s best known eateries, Flying Fish<em> <\/em>at Pyrmont, Pony at The Rocks<em>, <\/em>The Argyle, Steel Bar &amp; Grill and now The Sydney Seafood School.<\/h3>\n<h3>As Roberta Muir, manager of the School for the past 10 years,\u00a0 said &#8220;The new-look Sydney Seafood School is certainly broad on eye-appeal and a feast of textures: from the stunning sandstone sculptures of award-winning artist Michael Purdy, through the Icelandic fish leather lining the auditorium, to the wild \u2018blackboard graffiti\u2019 of artist Joy Godley on the hands-on kitchen walls.
